Geforce 2 MX and TwinView

Hi,

 

I am using Twinview in Windows 2000 with my Geforce 2 MX. My TV-NTSC shows the picture and everything is perfect. But the screen is not full. It has black border on left and right sides. Is there a way to resize the TV. Looked in the option but doesn't have anything. Similar problems in 98.

i think this is caused by the refresh rate. Sadly you can't change the refresh rate on a TV
