CUViper 0 Posted December 14, 2000 if you really are a newbie, you might not even notice much difference between win98 and win2k, except that it will crash FAR less frequently (if at all). The differences are only apparant when you are changing hardware, installing drivers, tweaking system settings, etc. Don't try to learn it just by reading though.... wait until you have the machine, and then you can match what you read to what you see.
