PeeWee-2k 0 Posted July 31, 2000 I have a Diamond Supra Express 56i V PRO running under win2k, and when I installed the beta drivers i got an error message on a blue screen. This doesnt happen when im offline so im assuming there is a driver problem to do with the modem. It happens when there is a lot of system activity. The error message is: ***STOP: 0x0000000A (0x8049f684, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x8049f684) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL *Addesss 8049f684 base at 80400000, Datestamp 384d9b17 - ntoskrnl.exe *Addesss 8049f684 base at 80400000, Datestamp 384d9b17 - ntoskrnl.exe Beginning dump of Physical Memory I have installed SP1 but the problem still happens. Windows 2000 recognises the modem as a HCF Modem on install, but this does not dial for me. Please help me. Share this post Link to post
ldrews 0 Posted August 22, 2000 How much RAM are you using? This is a memory addressing problem. I was getting the same message while trying to run Delta Force2, once I added more memory, the problem stopped. Share this post Link to post
bpmckee 0 Posted January 8, 2001 I have a 56i in my machine and everytime that I go to query the modem or dial, it freezes the machine up? I installed the latest drivers from diamond'w website. I have a Asus P34VX motherboard with a p3/800EB and 512 MB PC133 Reg ECC memory. Any suggestions? Share this post Link to post
