Network card that can share IRQ

I only has 1 PCI slot left and that PCI slot shares IRQ with my Promise raid card, I tried the 3COM 900B and Aopen ALN-201 both won't work, anyone know of a brand of NIC that can share IRQ?

WHy not simply use Win2k, ACPI and allow all your devices to 'share the same IRQ'?

I've had six PCI slots & one AGP slot filled under Win2k ACPI and all devices have been very happy.

I use a Kingstone 110TX on the same IRQ as my ISDN TA and have never had any problems with this pair in any motherboard I've used.
