Some drivers failed during start up, Please view event viewe

okay, out of no where once day my computa decide to give theses errors now EVERY time i reboot. It never did this previously, just recently, so i check out Event Viewer and got this..(start wiht shi one)

for thsi one i got the 2nd netcard set to auto get the ip/dns info???

Now, i have reformated, both with win 2k server, and i now have in win 2k adv server. adn haev tried most all i know (up[censored] drivers, repair installations but not'n will seem to fix it)..so PLEASE!! if anyone ahs any idea's?? like i said i NEVER had this prob before, i have not installed any software to which i have never had in before,s o this is why i am lost.

be sure claer out all Event frist,

type "winmgmt /clearadap" from the command prompt then reboot.

yeppers i am aware of that one 8m, actually i sat here all night, checke stuff out, and it turns out that the dsn server wasn't confgiured right , so all seems okay now
