Frank_Black 0 Posted January 26, 2001 Thanks for the tip, but I don't seem to have Quicken or any Quicken related programs on my system, could this be some other download manager or something else I am looking over, possibly software I installed??? Share this post Link to post
Frank_Black 0 Posted January 27, 2001 After a re-install of Win2k, I think it was a set of reference 6.49 drivers that I got from Zoiah's page that was causing my shutdown probs, I went with the newest WHQL tested drivers and now, no more shutdown problems. Share this post Link to post
