Even if you never composed music you will find SoundGrid simple and exciting to play with and will start creating brilliant compositions in minutes with just the tips of your fingers. Then easily share them with other users and in turn browse, download and rate their creations. Or you can record composition to audio file, upload it directly to SoundCloud or export via email. You can even create your own unique ringtones! For more experienced users SoundGrid offers advanced features such as multiple patterns, switchable musical scales, song mode, control over looping, tempo adjustment and real-time filters and effects to create unique sounds and much more.

 

New in 2.0:

* Song Mode - In Song Mode filled patterns will be automatically activated one after another enabling you to create longer compositions easily

* Switchable musical scales - There are only 16 rows on the grid and much more keys on piano keyboard. Now you can select set of tones you want to be available on the grid

* Recording - Now you can record audio files while playing. Then either easily upload tracks directly to SoundCloud or send by email as is or as ringtone

* More Sound Banks - Additional sound banks now installable from external servers. Either my official server or your own.

* Ratings for shared grids - Now you can rate them and best ones will deservedly be always on top when sorting by rating. New shared grids since last update now marked too

* Redesigned UI and visual effects, other fixes and improvements
