Installation problems. Something about ntoskrnl.exe

After installation, the system hangs while loading windows. I get a BSOD saying something about ntoskrnl.exe.

 

PS. Win2K is installed on the same hard drive with winMe. If this a common error, please let me know. Else i'll have to post my systems configuration.

It can be on the same drive not the same partition.
