URGENT !!! WIN2k & SB LIVE 1024 PROBLEMS

I am not able to install the SB LIVE ! 1024 8CT4830) with win2k.

 

PIII 450 MHZ, 128MB, newest award Bios, 32 MB TNT II M64 Graphics, 30 GB IDE Harddisk

 

so called update from windows lw3drv.exe does not run!

i just had that problem with a new build.

are u getting an error that says "unable to init uninstall"?

if it's the newer sb, try using the liveware 5.0 drivers and forget about the liveware 3.0

but where do I get the liveware 5.0 drivers to be able to forget than about the liveware 3.0
