linuxhoster 0 Posted July 15, 2003 Hi, I managed to configure Postfix receive mail from the outside world and it will send to local users on that machine, but i cannot seem to send mail to external emails such as my ISP account. I have tryed setting up my ISP's SMTP server as a gateway, but that did not work and I have tryed setting it to deliver directly. I find this really strange as no messages sit in the queue and they never get bounce or anything... they seem to dissappear into fresh air! Hope You Can Help Paul Share this post Link to post
stephthis 0 Posted August 20, 2003 What is your domain ? If it's not a real domain (for internet) or pretending so you're mail will not be relayed by outside servers and will be dropped away. Share this post Link to post
