start menu tweaks

Does anyone know if there's a way (reg hacks) to move that God forsaken help item in the root of the start menu in NT4.

 

I hate it, if i want help i come here or M$ knowledge base.

 

Besides, if i needed basic help, I shouldn't be using NT4.
