Auburndale, Massachusetts - TrendyDigital Design will display its new lines of accessories for eReader at booth (12348) during the CES trade show at the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 7th to January 10th, 2010. These new products include the MaxGuard Plus Jacket series, EasyRead Platform Jacket series, and Artisan Jacket Series. TrendyDigital's goal is to create an enjoyable eReading experience, superior protection for eReader devices and an intuitive way for users to interact with their eReader. To this end, TrendyDigital's new products combine a soft padded interior, a housing compartment, a corner magnet closure system, and a stylish art component to deliver a new standard in eReader accessories.

 

The Maxguard Plus Jacket is designed to maximize accessibility and surface protection for the eReader. Several unique design elements have been introduced into this Jacket. The sure-fit compartment houses the eReader ( such as the Kindle 2 or Sony reader PRS-300) securely while allowing easy access to the power switch, headphone jack, USB/Power port and charger indicator.

 

The enclosed housing maximizes the protection of the whole unit while preserving the sleek and trim presentation of the eReader device. The side button cut-outs provide access to the navigation buttons and ports of the eReader. The jacket also features a corner magnet system to secure the eReader when it is not in use. The embedded magnet design leads to a much cleaner and stylish look than the side-strap method commonly used in other cases. Whether in an office, traveling on a plane, relaxing at the beach or at home, the MaxGuard Plus eReader Jacket is the ideal companion for your favorite eReader.

 

The EasyRead Platform Jacket is designed for people who like to read their eBook upright and hands free. The case features our signature compartment mounting system to secure the eBook reader. Furthermore, the device is cushioned in a soft layer of velvet for added protection. The back of the case has a pull-out kick stand to prop up the case, allowing the eReader device to be read upright and hands free. When you are not using the kickstand, you can fold it back neatly into the case.

 

The third line is the exciting Artisan line of accessories for the eReader. This new line incorporates an artistic component to TrendyDigital's collection of eBook accessories. The artistic component is achieved via a high-tech laser etching process. Through this etching technique, amazing artworks and memorable images are translated onto the cover of TrendyDigital's cases for the eBook reader.

 

Both the Maxguard Plus and EasyRead Platform Jacket provide excellent bases for creating the Artisan Line. The first product in this series is the Artisan Maxguard Plus Kindle 2 cover, which fits the 2nd Generation Kindle. There are two color variations (black and red) available for the Artisan line. The color of the covers provides an excellent contrast to the etched artwork, allowing the images to truly stand out. Currently, TrendyDigital has several artwork variations in this collection.
