INFERNO2000 0 Posted January 16, 2001 I do it every month and a half or so... mostly out of boredom this last time, my mouse was giving me problems(switched from the Intellimouse Explorer to a Razer Boomslang and the MSIE drivers wouldn't uninstall properly, I was installing NT4 server on another machine, and thought what the hell). I'm down to 4 hours in restore time, from booting off CDROM, to being back exactly where I was before. ------------------ My PC is warm. I think our fire wall is acting up. clutch 1 Posted January 16, 2001 Ditto that. I will reinstall Win2K on my home box for just about any reason I can think of. Silent-IQ 0 Posted January 17, 2001 JD: whell, just becoz you could NOT resist to say what you said i'll answer your question...YES i do know how to run my computer and for the second part, I test alot of different software and configuration on my computer which is also a DUAL machine, so it is very often i **** it up...then i reinstall...and i get to be one of those who has to much hardware on a tiny mobo that has alot of problems with win2k when you make the wrong move!..so out of my point of view, am damn sure can run my or anybody elses computer........you just cant get of ppl case JD right?...i mean...i could almost predict you where going to say something like that! ...no offence, but it was kind of funny!
