Task manager in Win XP is not appearing whole

Hi everyone,

I have this problem since I followed some advice from the internet on how to minimize my start programs so my computer runs faster. I went to services.msc through RUN and I made a few changes always double checking online what other people say about it. I found myself whenever I opened Task manager after that it didn't have a heading as pop up windows do neither did it have a close button. So I am highlighting it and press END PROCESS every time I wanna exit it. I would like to fix this problem. If anyone knows how please help me.
