NHL 2000 and Win2K build 2072

Is anybody able to get NHL 2000 to work under Win2K RC1? I get the error message saying nhl2k.exe as generated errors and an error log is being created.

 

Other D3D games such as EverQuest work fine. Thanks for any suggestions.

I know it's not much help but I can tell you the same thing happens in Win2000Pro build 2128 with a V3.
