ikke 0 Posted September 29, 1999 Here you can find a beta driver with D3D, didn't test it yet........ Let me know if it works. No directdraw support anymore, you can't have everything :-(( http://www.zip.com.au/~hammondv/win2k/ Share this post Link to post
Morto 0 Posted September 29, 1999 Well, they work according to Dxdiag, but I didn't even leave them in long enough to run a game - no DirectDraw? I'm not going to give up my DVD / ASFs that quickly! Morto. Share this post Link to post
Mr.Biggles 0 Posted October 5, 1999 what program do you use for your DVD? Share this post Link to post
Morto 0 Posted October 5, 1999 I installed WinDVD 2.184 (I think that's the version), and then used the built-in w2k player (c:\winnt\system32\dvdplay.exe). WinDVD USED to work under 2032 with the poikosoft wnaspi32, but the aspi does not work under my new build (2114). It doesn't really matter, because if you use the windows DVD player, it uses the WinDVD decoding engine, and works fine.... Morto. Share this post Link to post
