Picture gets "flickering", although refresh rate is high enough, it is just like screen is interlaced mode, when every second line is black. I've encountered this in Civ: call to power and Caesar 3. The Xpert98 cards is based on the RAGE Pro chipset, I know there is good 3d drivers for NT, you have SP4 yeah? And NT isn't exactly the best fullscreen gaming platform around... but then again, who wants a Sega Saturn? I would believe that atleast Civ: CTP is NT compatible, or has a patch for it since it's such an serious game. Caesar 3, like it's predecessors probably lacks support for about anything... and probably sucks as much as Caesar 2 did...
