Quake3 freezes!! When i almost had it working!

im using a voodoo3 2000 and win2k 2195

 

Well ive tryed everything and i went to http://seldzar.dhs.org/ and i got the drivers and everything i did like the instructions said i installed it and then when i started quake3 at the ID logo movie the game freezes if i try to skip it it still freezes if i just let it go....what do i do i almost have it working!

Did you adjust the clock speed in the Voodoo3.INF? Change it from 166 (V3 3000) to 143 (V3 2000).
