Help!! Windows 7 Problem!? Please.

I put Parental Control settings on my 12-year-old young sister's computer and I turned

them off so I could download some games for her but it even though I turned the parental

controls off it's not letting me download.

Parental Control settings? Do you install some kind of parental control software on the computer?

You can check the Task Manager or reboot the computer. I use this Parental Control and it works fine.
