Essence 0 Posted January 3, 2000 Hi there, first of all, i must congratulate the webmasters of this page. It's an excellent resource for people with problems in 32bit os (not emulated ). Now, i want to post some questions, that i think, a very extensive number of users have just like me: 1 - I've been noticing that there are more games that work in w2k that the ones that are incompatible. I'm very happy for that. Although, there are some games, like the ones from EASPORT that don't work in NT . . . is it possible that they are working in some patches to w2k? i mean, any of you guys/girls know if are in fact patches beeing done for w2k for games that don't work in NT (of any company at all). ____________________________________ ___ _ _ I've only been using Windows 2000 in the past 4 - 5 days, and i have to say " Man, this os really suprised me!" ; i think this is the first time that Microsoft is putting a OS in stores that really got my attention. Stability is very good; Compatibility is average, although i am convicted that many companies which produts aren't compatible with w2k, are going to put they patches and/or drivers available for a commun user when the OS hits the stores. So, i just wanted to know if anyone can answer to my question (1). P.S. Sorry for my sluggish english i'm only 17 and i don't have a intensive use of english here in Portugal has you can imagine )))) Best Regards ------------------ [ Essence ] : the essence is the power PORTUGAL Share this post Link to post
Nativespirit 0 Posted January 3, 2000 Patches WILL be done since MS kinda rules the i386 market, but they won't be done officailly until Feb when W2k is officially released to the public. Share this post Link to post
