Voodoo3 3000, Win2000 - Final Fantasy VIII - PROBLEMS

I installed FFVIII yesterday with no problems, but when I go to configure my video it only shows software mode for rendering. Any ideas on getting FFVIII to use my 3d card ??

do you have decent voodoo3 drivers installed or the default ones that come with win2k?
