High Heat Baseball Y/N?

So does High Heat Baseball 2001 work in win2k or not? trying to install it now, getting errors when trying to run it. Someone said it would run, someone said it wouldnt' ANYONE?

I don't know who said it would run but it won't run at all for most people. Luckily, 3DO is releasing the 2nd patch for the game soon that should have a fix for the win2k issue.
