Jatismara 0 Posted May 19, 2011 I'm preparing to have custom-build shop do PC with three hard disk drives. HDD#1 will be dedicated LinuxMint 10; HDD#2 for XP Pro+BrowserLinux on partition; and HDD#3 will be SATA mobile-rack for trial of PC-BSD 8.1, FortressLinux, and several other OSs (each on its own dedicated hard disk)to swap in and out. Will any of the Linux freeware managers handle this setup, or maybe paid multi-boot manager? Recommendations? I'm trying to avoid using BIOS to control boot sequence. Share this post Link to post
jimsing59 0 Posted May 21, 2011 Yes, you have the right idea. I am going to run Windows 7 and Windows 8 and probably won't be able to avoid the BIOS as the boot manager. James M Singleton will look into this before the release of Windows 8. We don't know what we are working with yet. James M Singleton Share this post Link to post
