[ANNOUNCE] libchamplain 0.12.0

libchamplain 0.12 has been released:

There have been just a few maintenance commits since 0.11 so don't

expect anything too exciting. In a few moments I'll also make a

maintenance release of the 0.10 branch with fixes backported from

0.12.
