NFS Porsche and Gimme.dll

Hi,

I installed porshe unleased and it was not working. it hanged @ the startup screen.

 

Then i deleted gimme.dlll(stated in results) and it started working perfectly.

 

Now, what is the purpose of gimme.dll?

 

Please help.
