Is it possible to upgrade from build 2128 to 2151 without formatting?

Sure,

 

Just run winnt32.exe from within win2k and select upgrade and sit back.

all settings are the same...except the drivers are updated

yikes! will it update my display drivers? cuz i have my own special ones....

afraid so... just update them to the old ones after the install is complete
