JohnWoo 0 Posted November 29, 1999 How come when networking with win98 you can see drives from other computers on your LAN fairly quickly but in Win2k they seem to hang for about 1 min then pop up.. how can I speed this up.. thanks.. no server just peer to peer sharing drives.. between 3 computers.. thanks Share this post Link to post

dolce 0 Posted November 30, 1999 I have noticed it too... was working quite well in RC2 and earlier releases.. I am currently using builds of server and pro win2k.. and i have noticed that server hangs even longer than pro.. :-( Share this post Link to post
