Cannot install ASPI

I have read many of the CDRWIN ASPI install problems. I am using the RTM build of Win2k with an IDE HP 7100. No matter what I do I cannot get ASPI installed. The aspi drivers from golden hawk are the upgrades to 4.6, same as the adaptec. this wont work since i dont have an original installion of ASPI. In addition that poikosoft drivers are nowhere to be found, all the links are dead and the poikosoft site makes no references anywhere.

 

Any help would be incredibly appreciated. That skizo (sp).dhs.org is a dead link as well.
