packedCD and W2k

When I install packedCD from Cequadrat my screen turns blue and I must uninstall packedCD (209)

win2k retail professional

traxdata 2260+

aopen 40x cd rom

pentium 200mmx

64meg ram

AFAIK PacketCD is not compatible with Windows 2000... hence the blue screen.
