Introducing Boxes non-free

Hi,

In the light of protests against Boxes package shipping non-free

logos[1], we have put them under a different repository and package

now. Since we don't anticipate changes to this package happening

between every GNOME release (there isn't even translations involved),

I decided to not tag it by GNOME releases.
