Small updates on the way to 3.6.

- Require Clutter 1.10.0 for aspect frame changes

- help: fixed broken links in Mallard docs

- libcheese: Use Totem's aspect frame

Based on the same code as the CheeseAspectFrame, but with

the mx dependency removed.
