Hellstorm 0 Posted March 30, 2000 Hi. I have seen that dr.watson in win2k could be turned off, but I don't know. The link below has the wanted reg file, but the link is broken. I did some ftp-search, but no result. Help. http://on.to/w2k Share this post Link to post

Hellstorm 0 Posted March 31, 2000 Sometimes when a program crash, my harddrives goes nuts for a couple minutes, and I have to delete a f* file somewhere in C: . When my programs crash, I want them to quit immediately. Could I get serious problems doing that? [This message has been edited by Hellstorm (edited 31 March 2000).] Share this post Link to post
Andy_25 0 Posted March 31, 2000 You can turn this log file creation off from Drwatson. Just run drwtsn32 and uncheck the box "create crash dump file". That solved it on my computer. Andy Share this post Link to post
mickbench 0 Posted March 31, 2000 Open regedit, Goto HKLM/software/microsoft/windows NT/Current Version and delete the aeDebug Hive. No more Dr.Watson The Log files are meant to tell you what files caused your app to fail. Have you read the log files? Share this post Link to post
