How do you keep a movie playing in a window always on top ... Usually I'm keen to the obvious, but I FAIL miserably in this case.

For that matter, how do I keep ANY application window in the front? The most annoying thing about Windows 9x/2000 is that background applications can update windows or put up message boxes that move them in front of the window I'm currently interacting with (sometimes it just loses focus).
