Riddler 0 Posted April 5, 2000 Hi. How do I update DirectCD, when it can't be installed under Win2000 in the first place?? I just get this piece of infomation: "This version of DCD does not support Win2000" But the update says that a version of DCD is required to update???? Share this post Link to post
Shrink 0 Posted April 5, 2000 The update either requires you to have it installed or to have the installation CD (so a warez rip of EZCD won't work) and it will check the cd for setup.inf and, if it finds it, DirectCD 3.01 will be installed. ------------------ Shrink 92% of the things we worry about don't happen - but the other 8% DO! eric-marques-net 0 Posted April 26, 2000 A warez rip works perfectly Just enter the path of the CD as c:\ezcd or wherever you downloaded it to Use APCOMPAT.EXE to force Direct CD 3.0 on EZCD Creator CD to install DONT REBOOT then install the upgrade to 3.01 and reboot Share this post Link to post
