Menus hide unused choices?

How does one go about disabling the "feature" that Win2k has for hiding menu options that you don't use within a certain amount of time?

Hi,

Right-click on your 'Start' bar.

Choose properties from the drop down menu.

Uncheck the 'Use Personalized Menus' box.
