It's not out yet, there was a small thing about it being out a few days ago but not all the bits were uploaded. Should be out soon, though.

IE 5.5 was just made availible for Windows Update Beta-testers, if it helps...

The german IE 5.5 final works very unstable here .

The German final worked great for me.. Yet now it won't allow me to install it, I keep getting a username and password prompt when downloading.
