Add and remove programs HELP !!!!!!

can anyone help me, i have win 2k pro, and add and remove programs, won't open anymore !!

i've had a couple of probs with uninstall in win2k. first, i couldn't uninstall eudora, now, when i try to run live update for NAV2000, it says that LiveUpdate was uninstalled. what the hell is going on?
