mister 0 Posted November 16, 2000 Hello: Recently installed ICQ2000b and trying to use the ICQPhone feature. PC to Phone calls are ok; however, PC to PC calls do not work. Also can't use ICQ chat, file transfer, and MS Messenger PC to PC calls. My computer, running Win2k Professional, if a client of my Win2k Advance Server network. Using ICS for internet sharing and the associated IP addresses. Using a cable modem.
