Mark W 0 Posted January 1, 2001 Recently, items that should have the "always on top" property don't seem to be working properly. Namely, I am having trouble with the Start/Task Bar (especially when set to auto hide), and Hauppauge's WinTV when not in full window mode. Sometimes the only way I can get to the task bar is to press the window button on my keyboard. Any suggestions? Share this post Link to post
