I know this has to be easy, pls tell me!!

Recommended Posts

I just know that doing what I want to do with Outlook 2000 has got to be really easy.

I just can't seem to find how.

OK.

We have a list of e-mail addresses.

We want to send an e-mail now and again to everyone on this list.

Not a problem, create a distribution list and send an e-mail to that list.

However, the 'To' box displays the names of everyone in this distribution list.

What I want is:

The 'To' box on everyone's machine will show 'Undisclosed Recepients' or similar.

Basically everyone in the distribution list will be BCC'ed.

Any ideas?

Cheers.

Well yes, that's exactly what I want to do.

The user in question is a lazy git to say the least.

Rather than just creating a new e-mail and then adding everyone as BCC I just want him to be able to send an e-mail to 'Distribution List of his choice' and nobody on that list will see who else is on there.

I guess he could do:

Send e-mail To: himself

BCC: Distribution List Name

That would probably work.
