BladeRunner 0 Posted February 6, 2001 I just know that doing what I want to do with Outlook 2000 has got to be really easy. I just can't seem to find how. OK. We have a list of e-mail addresses. We want to send an e-mail now and again to everyone on this list. Not a problem, create a distribution list and send an e-mail to that list. However, the 'To' box displays the names of everyone in this distribution list. What I want is: The 'To' box on everyone's machine will show 'Undisclosed Recepients' or similar. Basically everyone in the distribution list will be BCC'ed. Any ideas? Cheers. Share this post Link to post
BladeRunner 0 Posted February 6, 2001 Well yes, that's exactly what I want to do. The user in question is a lazy git to say the least. Rather than just creating a new e-mail and then adding everyone as BCC I just want him to be able to send an e-mail to 'Distribution List of his choice' and nobody on that list will see who else is on there. I guess he could do: Send e-mail To: himself BCC: Distribution List Name That would probably work. Share this post Link to post
