1 key instead of the 3 finger salute

some time ago i read that you can make a shortcut to the 'minimize all' icon, modify it, and then youd be able to make it whatever you wanted to, amongst other things binding a key to ctrl+alt+del. How do i do this?

I saw something like this a while back, too. But, it was for Win9x only.
