getting rid of ads in ICQ

it is not exactly an ad but it's about icq. anyways when i send or receive a message i see this small box at the bottom of the message box- how do i get rid of that?

Now how about the ads in Outlook Express when using it with Hotmail?

use outlook 2k for hotmail it will not show you the ads.

I tried that, Outlook wouldnt check the account, besides, I'd reather use Outlook Express, so again, anyone know a way to remove the ads ?
