Does Windows 2000 come with a default aspi driver?

Recommended Posts

While trying to set up Media Jukebox 6 to use with my CDRW it says it is unable to find any aspi drivers and can not detect my burner. Anyone know what this could be about?

Under Windows 2000 Professional I have noticed that even when I have Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 and Ahead Nero 5.x installed that aspi files are not installed where they are accessible to programs like CDRWin 3.x and cause errors.

I had to use the forceaspi utility to install the aspi files that CDRWin could use.
