This of course was wrong (copy & paste from an earlier mail). As written

earlier in that mail, there are two open seats, so the following is

correct:

 

This election cycle will fill two elected seats for the Board (seats E1,

and E2). Two appointed seats (A1 and A2) will also be filled this cycle.

 

Sorry for the confusion, thanks to inode0 for pointing out the error.
