We review two CPU air coolers from none other than Noctua, the NH-U12S and

NH-U14S which come bundled with the manufacturer's 120mm NF-F12 and 140mm

NF-A15 fans, respectively. If you know Noctua, you'll know they're all

about being big on quality and performance while being as little as

possible on the fan noise during operation, so we knew how to put these two

coolers to the test!
