DragonFire1170 0 Posted January 30, 2014 I am attempting to get my copy of Heavy Gear 1 to run on my Windows 7 machine. I have followed instructions I found on the Mektek forums for using the Advanced Compatibility Tool, and it allowed the game to load up into the menus (with rainbow colorings though), but upon trying to launch into a mission, I get a black screen and a "sim has stopped working" error, with sim supposedly being the game client. I hope that someone knows a way to get this gem of a game to work again Share this post Link to post
