Adam Conrad, on behalf of the Ubuntu Release Team, confirms that

Ubuntu 13.04 is no longer supported and no more package updates will

be accepted. Adam says the supported upgrade path from Ubuntu 13.04 is

via Ubuntu 13.10 for which he provides a link to the upgrade

instructions.

The Ubuntu Kylin community has announced the beginning of the

Wallpaper Contest for Trusty. The topic is 'the most beautiful China'.

During the wallpaper contest for Saucy, the Ubuntu Kylin community

collected more than 120 wonderful submissions and 20 of them were
