the Apps Software Development Kit (SDK) and improvements in

Timo Jyrinki announces the recent landing of Qt 5.2.1 in Ubuntu 14.04

LTS, writing that the "new Qt brings performance and features to base

Jose Antonio Rey of the Ubuntu Classroom team issues a call for

instructors for the Ubuntu Open Week for 14.04 coming up on April

22-24th. Jose writes "The Ubuntu Open Week is a series of classroom

sessions which will guide many people in their way for contributing to

the Ubuntu community. For this, we need actual Ubuntu contributors

from different teams to help us run one-hour sessions, explaining what

will span mobile and desktop. Work on this client began from work by

the Trojita project. Michael writes: "Trojita provides a fast, light

And yesterday, the first of that work was accepted into upstream, you
